Job Title: Production Worker

At Betty's Bunch Temporaries, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manufacturing equipment and powered tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and company standards.
  • Read tape measures and perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Work safely and comply with all safety regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lifting, reaching, kneeling, and standing for up to 12 hours per day.
  • Pull or lift up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
  • Work daily overtime, weekend shifts, and varied schedules as needed to meet production demands.
  • Be willing to work any available shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
