Job Title: Travel CT Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel CT Technologist to join our team at ProKatchers LLC. As a Travel CT Technologist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic imaging services in a variety of healthcare settings.

Job Summary:

The Travel CT Technologist will work under the supervision of a mentor/preceptor to achieve initial competencies in delivering specialized cardiovascular and radiologic technology services to adult and pediatric patient populations. The successful candidate will utilize entry-level knowledge, abilities, skills, and available resources to provide safe, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective patient-centric care and support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize highly specialized cardiovascular and radiologic equipment and techniques to perform a diverse range of diagnostic, interventional, and surgical procedures in accordance with established scope of practice guidelines.
  • Transfer images and data to the appropriate archival systems, enter technical data/findings, and prepare study for reporting by physician.
  • Perform operator-level quality control checks, cleaning, high-level disinfecting, and other user maintenance per manufacturer instructions for use and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Participate in continuing education, professional development, and research activities to maintain competencies and promote continuous improvements in care and treatments.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited educational program with emphasis in a primary cardiovascular or radiologic technology specialty as defined by the ARDMS, ARRT, and/or CCI.
  • Must meet applicant eligibility requirements for CT Certification.
  • ARRT and KS Radiographers License.
  • BLS must be current upon hire.
