At Deerfield Episcopal Retirement Community, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents and guests.

We offer a competitive salary of $19/hour plus potential for shift differential and full benefits package. Our comprehensive benefits include PPO health insurance (no high deductible plans), dental, vision, 403(b) with employer match, generous time away, professional development, and scholarship opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge skills for using Smart Phones, Tablets, PCs, and laptops, as well as the ability to create Word Documents, Outlook, Excel Documents, and scan information to reports. You will be required to complete Daily Reports, Incident Reports, Fire Reports, and Life Safety Reports as needed.

You will also be trained on Life Safety Equipment, Access Control, and Work Order System. A driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required. If you are a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
