Job Summary

At Advantage Technical, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT). As a PVT Engineer, you will be responsible for managing actions to improve current model quality and evaluating the impact of engineering changes on Body Shop tooling and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch support for large-scale new model programs
• Launch lead on small-scale new model programs
• Production support for issue resolution
• Body Construction responsibilities as a single point of contact

Requirements

• 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
• Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to operate in stressful situations within timing constraints
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Experience with tooling, processes, and facilities desired
• Working knowledge of statistics (control charts, data collecting, Minitab, etc.)
