Job Summary

This is an integral role in which you will be working collaboratively with our team to support the creation of growth plans, proposals, tenders, quotations, and order execution for the domestic market to support aggressive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with our different regions, account leads, and marketing to create effective plans, quotes, tenders, and responses to inquiries.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and systems as well as technical specifications through self-learning, active coaching, and support from subject matter experts.
  • Determine our client's requirements and expectations through effective communication.
  • Manage and maintain digital database, records, and information in compliance with company standards.
  • Determine delivery dates to support client needs and satisfaction.
  • Implement improvements to internal processes or procedures.
  • Bring your digital experiences to work to improve our effectiveness.
  • Available to work overtime as requested to support quote, tender, and client requirements.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
  • Support our quality, safety, and environmental systems and our Values.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma acquired from a Technical/Commerce program is preferred but not required.
  • Client and Team centric orientation and disposition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality that enjoys working with a team.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) – SROD and Rodstar experience preferred.
  • Strong data/information management skills and analytical capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail, and deadline oriented.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to thrive independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
