Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Altru Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist registered nurses and other licensed practitioners in identifying patient needs and priorities of care.
  • Contribute to the evaluation of the plan of care by gathering, observing, recording, and communicating patient responses to nursing interventions.
  • Modify the plan of care in collaboration with licensed practitioners.
  • Perform personal cares and provide patient education.
  • Communicate patient progress and adjust own workload as needed.
Requirements
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification in North Dakota or a Compact State Agreement.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • IV Certification Course completion within 6 months of hire.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
