Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Principal or Designee, the Athletic Trainer coordinates programs of preventative care, emergency care, immediate first aid, and therapeutic/rehabilitation for student-athletes and coaches. This position requires effective communication with students, parents, and school personnel, and may involve additional duties assigned by the site administrator.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited professional athletic training education program; Certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATABOC); Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate; Previous experience as a high school athletic trainer preferred; Valid driver's license; Ability to obtain and maintain insurability status under the District's vehicle insurance policy.
