Culinary Specialist

Eagle Creek Brewing Company is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team in Statesboro, GA. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our patrons.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. Prior experience in the food service industry is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including hot and cold food, to meet customer demands.
• Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Adhere to all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience for our customers.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 15-40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
