Job Summary

We are seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Operations Leadership Intern to join our team. As an Operations Leadership Intern, you will have the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of plant operations, participate in the day-to-day operation of a Bunge facility, and assist location and corporate staff in evaluating changing operational conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in the day-to-day operation of a Bunge facility
  • Develop a thorough understanding of plant operations
  • Demonstrate your level of understanding by responding to verbal or written inquiries from supervisors, mentors, or program manager
  • Travel to other Bunge locations for training and exposure purposes
  • Assist location and corporate staff in evaluating changing operational conditions

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Agricultural Economics, Chemistry, Industrial Management, Industrial Technology, Milling Science, Food Science, or Feed Science
  • Must be collaborative, results-oriented, and possess strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, adversity, and constant change
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in standard PC applications
  • Ability to travel

What We Offer

  • Hourly range: $28.60
  • Monthly stipend for relocation (if applicable)
