About the Role

GALLO is seeking a talented Marketing Leadership Rotational Program participant to join our team. As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to engage in various parts of the business, interact with management, develop innovative solutions to real business challenges, and gain a broader understanding of the company and our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the marketing departments with the creation and execution of marketing materials and plans.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university working towards a Bachelor's degree and will obtain degree by July 2025.
  • 2 years of professional communications, marketing or sales experience.
  • Intermediate MS Suite skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and basic syndicated data systems.
  • Experience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
  • Knowledge of and experience with applying the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a rotational program or similar development opportunity.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and consumer insights.
  • Skilled in written and verbal communications, organization, and time management.
