Responsibilities:


We are seeking a Medical Office Assistant II to enhance patient flow and overall experience.

In this position, you will play a vital role as a patient support representative, managing calls to evaluate patient urgency and priority while taking and relaying messages.

Your duties will include taking vital signs, administering injections, and recording weight, height, and blood pressure to ensure necessary tests are completed before the physician's examination.


Qualifications:
Education and Experience

High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate is required.

Completion of a medical assistant training program as mandated by the Medical Board of California is required.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in the healthcare field is required.

Prior experience in administering injections is required.

Licenses and Certifications

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
