As a Roof Material Loading Specialist , your primary responsibility will be to manage the stocking and preparation of building materials for delivery to our extensive customer network. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is essential. Your work environment will primarily involve outdoor areas where you will fulfill customer orders. Each loading and unloading task demands meticulous attention to safety and precision. This role requires a commitment to detailed work, ensuring repeatable and consistently accurate outcomes. The ideal candidate will appreciate a steady work pace and thrive in a team-oriented setting with clear objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and accurately organize building materials using various equipment.
  • Adhere to the daily operations schedule while being adaptable to customer requirements.
  • Maintain comfort while working under close supervision within a stable, secure team.
  • Assist in the continuous organization and cleanliness of both warehouse and outdoor work areas.
  • Make decisions within established guidelines, supported by team members and management.
  • Receive support and encouragement from management when tasks must be completed under time constraints or in dynamic situations.
  • Ample time will be provided to learn new tasks thoroughly when there are changes in work structure or responsibilities, with opportunities for repetitive practice.
  • Exhibit attention to detail, ensuring above-average accuracy in the quality of work.

Requirements:

  • Patient work style with a focus on consistency in repetitive tasks.

  • Capable of lifting 80-pound bundles on steep slopes.
