  • Driving Success: Strategically direct inventory control, review financial statements, and identify areas for operational improvements.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of prior food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven knowledge of Labor Laws and staffing best practices.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and repeatedly bend, stand, and reach while on the job.
  • Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification.
