Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every service call.
  • Efficiently complete service requests while ensuring vehicles are safely secured.
  • Operate company vehicles safely on various road types.
  • Maintain clear communication with dispatchers.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the towing vehicle and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, including company and DOT regulations.
  • Utilize company-issued devices, such as iPads and body cameras, to perform job duties.
  • Assess road and weather conditions to ensure safe and effective service.
  • Assist in the training of new team members as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Physical Requirements

This position involves significant physical activity, including lifting, crawling, pulling, bending, and reaching. Candidates must possess considerable physical strength and stamina, along with good hearing and vision. A successful candidate must also pass a drug screening prior to employment.
