• Assist customers with vehicle-related inquiries and issues, providing personalized support and solutions.
• Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on all current vehicles, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Oversee incentives and administrative tasks related to the role, including filing paperwork and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a positive customer experience and promote vehicle sales.
