Project Manager - DevonWay Product Software Stack

Ideagen is a global leader in software solutions, and we're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large enterprise projects built on our DevonWay product software stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close projects efficiently, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Handle complex situations involving multiple stakeholders and consult on enterprise B2B software.
  • Work directly with customers to oversee requirements documentation and ensure requested deliverables fall within the applicable scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate with internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, Engineering, or Computer Science).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism and diplomacy when interacting with external and internal customers.
  • Excellent communication, time-management, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, particularly with developing project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) is advantageous.
