We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer III to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software solutions using a variety of programming languages and technologies, including Java, Python, and C++.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and DevOps, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following industry best practices and Walmart's coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure that software solutions are maintainable, efficient, and scalable.
  • Work with data scientists and engineers to design and develop data pipelines and data products that support business analytics and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain data schemas and dictionaries, and ensure the health of big data systems.
  • Debug and maintain data pipelines, and develop data APIs to support analytics and data science products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Relational and/or NoSQL Database experience.
  • Strong ability in problem-solving.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
