Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient participation in health promotion, maintenance, and restoration through nursing actions.
- Work collaboratively with patients, nursing teams, and providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maximize patients' health capabilities by providing personalized care and support.
- Manage triage flow and administer medication as prescribed by providers.
- Perform immunizations and injections, and provide clinical leadership to nursing staff.
- Collect and analyze health data to inform patient care and improve health outcomes.
- Facilitate patient flow to ensure seamless and efficient care delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited two-year nursing school.
- Current NYS Professional Registered Nurse license.
- CPR certification.
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Self-starter with proactive work ethic and initiative.
- Results-oriented, creative, and persistent in accomplishing tasks.
- Solutions-driven with a systems orientation.
- Highly responsive, timely, accurate, and thorough in follow-up and follow-through.

Compensation:
$30 - $40 an hour (based on a full-time, 40-hour work week). Individual compensation is based on various factors, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position-related components.
Tuition Reimbursement:
Our FQHC status provides a unique opportunity for tuition reimbursement for registered nurses, up to 60% repayment of qualified student loans directly related to a nursing degree.
Sign-on Bonus:
This position offers a sign-on bonus for external hires, paid in installments throughout the employee's successful first year of employment.
