Job Description

LTD Global, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive sustainable financial growth through increasing sales in the Accounting Services/Human Resources market.

This part-time role has the potential to grow into a full-time opportunity. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating and executing an effective sales strategy, maintaining quota, and exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and validate lead lists
  • Contact prospects via telephone and email; set up automated email systems
  • Handle qualification calls and discovery calls/demos
  • Attend networking events and community events
  • Research warm leads
  • Sell add-on services as applicable
  • Utilize CRM software to track activities and pipeline
  • Report weekly on activities and sales metrics
  • Handle contracting and maintain contact with existing clients

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Outbound Sales Representative in B2B settings
  • Preferred: degree in accounting, finance, or business
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Hunter mentality

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
