Your Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Director of the Lab's Development & Engineering Team.
  • Contribute to the Lab's efforts in crafting tailored solutions for evidence collection, ensuring compliance with our accreditation standards.
  • Deliver structured data outputs and provide application management support, utilizing tools such as MS SQL, Big Query, and MS SQL Server Management Studios.
  • Engage in hands-on automated application management, focusing on maintenance and enhancements.
  • Offer customer support to address the needs of the internal Lab team and our stakeholders.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic team environment, managing rapidly evolving projects and casework in a DevOps setting.

Your Qualifications:

  • A strong enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges, particularly in optimizing information extraction from structured databases.
  • Proficient in MS-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studios, and related technologies.
  • Preferred skills include Database Administration, Powershell, PowerBI, and Data Processing.
  • A collaborative mindset with a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of suggesting process improvements to enhance application effectiveness.

Legal Knowledge:

Understanding of legal frameworks related to eDiscovery, including federal rules, chain of custody, and the discovery processes in litigation.

Data Management Expertise:

Familiarity with structured and unstructured data, data processing techniques, and advanced data harvesting methodologies.

Information Assurance Skills:

Knowledge of information assurance principles and practices, including data mapping and compliance measures.

Technical Documentation:

Ability to maintain and update technical and legal documentation, ensuring adherence to eDiscovery principles.

Partnership Management:

Experience in building and nurturing effective partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
