Job Description

We're seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing our AI capabilities, developing high-performance back-end systems, and integrating advanced AI into data teams' daily workflows. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building the backbone of our AI solutions, leveraging your expertise in server-side languages, database technologies, and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience building Python-based web application backends and the infrastructure on which they run, as well as extensive experience in building scalable back-end systems, APIs, and microservices. Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in the context of Large Language Models (LLMs), is a plus.

You will work on exciting projects such as:

  • Backend Integration of LLM Architectures: Lead the development and maintenance of the backend infrastructure that powers state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
  • Graph-Based Data Structure Design: Design and develop large-scale graph-based data structures that effectively model complex data stores.
  • Intelligent SQL Ecosystem: Lead the design and development of a comprehensive SQL intelligence system encompassing query optimization, dynamic pipeline generation, and data lineage tracking.
