Role Overview:

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in addressing inquiries and providing solutions for clients while serving as a bridge between the sales team and customers.

Work Schedule: 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and efficiently processing orders as necessary.
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external clients through exceptional service.
  • Acting as a liaison between customer service and other departments to facilitate product pricing and research.
  • Expediting orders as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaborating effectively within a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Proficiency in a Windows environment, with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel is essential.

Familiarity with the IBM AS400 operating system is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks while exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent customer service capabilities.
