Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fundamental analysis of companies within the financial sector.
- Engage with company executives, sell-side analysts, competitors, clients, and other industry professionals.
- Provide buy and sell recommendations for financial company stocks to fund managers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 3 - 10 years of experience in equity research focused on the financial sector.
- An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining detailed financial models.
- Strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively.

Alongside base compensation, we offer additional benefits such as a discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, health insurance, and various perks. Our total reward philosophy ensures that all aspects of compensation and benefits are evaluated. The anticipated annual salary for this role ranges from $140,000 to $200,000, depending on relevant experience, plus a discretionary bonus.
