Position Overview:
As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, the Primary Care Physician (PCP) will deliver essential medical diagnostic and therapeutic services, facilitating referrals for specialized care while providing education and preventive health guidance to all patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care aligned with licensure and/or certification standards.
  • Conduct diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and patient management adhering to contemporary care standards.
  • Employ managed care strategies for the efficient and cost-effective utilization of laboratory, radiology, and ancillary services, including specialists and hospitals.
  • Ensure timely and thorough medical documentation within EMR systems in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with peers and employed specialists, such as dermatologists and podiatrists, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
  • Facilitate effective communication and educational initiatives for patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Engage in educational activities for physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and their support staff to enhance patient care.
  • Participate in business and patient care meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
  • Completion of Tuberculosis screening and proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Understanding of managed care environments.
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders and health plans.
