Job Summary

We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist to serve as the face of our organization, assisting clients with their calls, questions, and needs. This role requires a team player who supports the team by collecting and preparing essential information for our advisors to deliver value during client planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional first impression. Assist with inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings/appointments.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize office files, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting rooms, including setting up equipment and providing necessary materials. Take and distribute minutes during meetings.
