Position Overview
As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, your contributions will be vital in enhancing our organizational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting pursuit teams in crafting compelling proposal and interview materials.
  • Tracking client and industry websites for updates on solicitations.
  • Organizing proposal and presentation materials post-submission.
  • Managing client relationship and financial systems to generate insightful reporting metrics and dashboards.
  • Maintaining accurate project and resume information within business development systems.
  • Coordinating professional photography for various projects.
  • Supporting the formulation of annual and long-term strategic plans aligned with company objectives, including the development of growth initiatives.
  • Facilitating the execution of key growth strategies and investments as outlined in strategic plans.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of client plans, focusing on long-term strategies to capture market share.
  • Collecting formal client feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Administering the go/no-go decision process in line with HDR's governance framework.
  • Contributing to content marketing campaigns aimed at strengthening our brand and showcasing our expertise.
  • Assisting in the creation and dissemination of engaging digital content that reflects HDR's brand and enhances our thought leadership.
  • Implementing social media initiatives to elevate our presence.
  • Supporting strategies that enhance HDR's brand and technical reputation within industry associations.
  • Creating marketing materials to bolster business development efforts.
  • Overseeing the fulfillment of conference sponsorship benefits as required.
  • Contributing to the development of engaging internal communications, including announcements, presentations, videos, and webinars.
  • Planning and coordinating large internal meetings, whether in-person or virtual.
  • Maintaining an inventory of branded materials for client engagements, conferences, and recruitment activities.
  • Providing training and mentorship to colleagues on business development and marketing best practices.
  • Articulating HDR's capabilities and competitive advantages effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • In-depth understanding of the A/E/C industry's standard procurement practices for professional services.
  • Willingness to travel and engage with stakeholders in person.
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision.
