Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise on the mechanical engineering aspects of facility installation, modification, operation, and maintenance, including HVAC, fuel, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
  • Review contractor submittals against specifications and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Develop independent cost estimates for government and internal proposal purposes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited American university or Professional Engineering License.
  • At least 7 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.
