Client Support Specialist

About the Role:
Grove is a transitional housing program for youth aged 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness in Sacramento. As a Client Support Associate (CSA), you will work as part of a team to provide support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate their journey towards stability.
Responsibilities:
- Client Services: Provide essential services to clients, including safety monitoring, conflict resolution, and access to resources and services.
- Facility Management: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas and facilities, promoting a safe and secure environment.
- Schedule Coordination: Work flexible schedules, including swing shifts, graveyard shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.
