Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Hotel Reservations: Handle hotel room reservations, including processing guest room deposits via credit cards, and ensuring accurate and timely reservations.
  • Call Center Operations: Work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions, and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and supervisors, using excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals, participate in shop reports, and make adjustments based on feedback from supervisors or managers.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office suite programs, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, including filing assignments, and maintaining an effective and professional manner with all customers.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior call center or customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical and Mental Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods, handle repetitive finger and wrist movements, and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work a varied shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a professional appearance and attire.
