Weekend Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team at Novant Health. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and improving the health of our communities.
Responsibilities:- Conduct routine nursing visits to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Coordinate patient care between patients, caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Responsible for the completion of all home health documentation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license.
- Minimum 1 year of home health or related experience.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
