Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home Care - Skilled Nursing Unit team at Novant Health. As a weekend home health nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and coordination of services in the comfort of patients' homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct admissions, recerts, ROC, and discharges for assigned caseloads.
- Perform routine nursing visits as needed, assessing patient needs and coordinating care with physicians and other disciplines.
- Responsible for completion of all home health documentation.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Current valid North Carolina nursing license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required.
- Driver's License Class C.
- Minimum 1 year of home health or related experience required.
