Job Responsibilities

- Operate a delivery vehicle to transport food supplies to designated locations.
- Efficiently load and unload food carts from the vehicle for distribution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and speed regulations while performing duties.
- Maneuver food carts into residences and connect them to re-therm units.
- Verify that hot and cold food items are correctly placed for delivery.
- Deliver meal carts during adverse weather conditions.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, lids, and food trays according to back-of-house standards.
- Properly assemble and disassemble dishwashing equipment.
- Prepare trays with condiments and fulfill additional food orders as needed.
- Ensure food is served at the appropriate temperatures.
- Clean pots, pans, dishes, and utensils thoroughly.
- Sanitize food carts both inside and out.
- Keep the food service area tidy by scrubbing tables and floors as required.

Minimum Qualifications

- Valid Driver's License.
- Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of food preparation, service, and delivery, along with cleaning and safety practices.
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions.
- Proficiency in operating various kitchen equipment used in food preparation.
- Capability to lift heavy items and remain on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to push a thermal unit weighing approximately 40 pounds (on wheels).
- Willingness to collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Additional Considerations

- Experience in residential food service, food consistency, or dietary requirements is advantageous.
