We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Associate to join our team at Lands' End. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Perform drywall repairs, painting, and cosmetic work on interior and exterior building structures
- Operate tools and equipment required to complete assigned repair work
- Ensure all repair work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Work at heights and in tight spaces, using ladders and scaffolding as required
- 3+ years of professional experience in maintenance or a related field
- Keen attention to detail and ability to use common hand tools and power tools
- Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at heights
- Basic plumbing experience a plus
- Ability to become forklift certified
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
