Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in Project Management is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience in an in-house creative environment, advertising agency, or digital marketing is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience with Workfront or a comparable platform is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in reviewing visual design and written content is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting digital or social media channels is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with the creative team, marketing strategists, and channel managers to execute projects including emails, signage, environmental design, direct mail, social media, web, display, video, etc.

Project Management:
Facilitates new project intakes to assess resourcing needs based on business priorities.

  • Develops project plans and oversees assignments to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Employs workflow management tools (such as Workfront) to ensure successful project execution.
  • Constructs timelines and workflows.
  • Owns and manages marketing roadmaps.
  • Monitors project progress and maintains updated timelines.
  • Proactively identifies and resolves issues for the team.
  • Provides necessary reporting for team(s) and leadership.
  • Facilitates team ceremonies such as stand-ups, kickoffs, creative reviews, and retrospectives.
