Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience throughout their dental journey.
- Conduct thorough reviews of patient health histories to provide quality care and ensure accurate treatment planning.
- Take and process x-rays and other diagnostic assessments using advanced technology, such as iTero 3D scanners and digital photography.
- Provide superior chairside assistance to supported dentists during various procedures, adhering to state dental practice acts.
- Utilize Dentrix software for patient scheduling and record-keeping, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA/CDC guidelines.
- Manage supply and inventory levels, placing and expediting orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient environment.
- Partner with providers and team members to implement Heartland Dental systems and optimize office workflow, ensuring maximum productivity and patient satisfaction.

Stanwood Advanced Family Dentistry is a unique and dynamic dental practice that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with an 11-person team that values teamwork, camaraderie, and patient-centered care.
Requirements- Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- If required under the state dental practice act, dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
