  • Compound and dispense prescribed medications and other pharmaceuticals for patient care.
  • Monitor and maintain patient medication profiles to ensure accurate and safe medication use.
  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly, with a focus on dosage variations and individualized care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and address any medication-related concerns or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medication information, guidelines, and regulations to provide the highest level of care.
Requirements
  • Doctorate of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
  • Current Pharmacist certification or licensure in the State of Idaho.
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, with a focus on patient safety and medication management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in automated pharmacy systems.
