We are seeking highly motivated and adaptable individuals to join our team as Busser and Event Setup Crew Members at our esteemed event venue. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities and requires candidates who are not only quick on their feet but also available on nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange tables and chairs according to event specifications.
  • Set up staging and props, including TVs and the piano, as needed.
  • Ensure all event spaces are impeccably prepared before guests arrive.
  • Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently after guests finish their meals.
  • Collect used dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Safely transport used dishes and glassware to the dishwashing area.
  • Assist the dishwashing team as needed.
  • Take out trash and break down boxes to maintain a clean environment.
  • Mop and clean floors to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure floors are clean and dry to prevent accidents.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in event setup, restaurant, or banquet operations is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry props and equipment as required.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a particular emphasis on nights and weekends.
  • Fluency in bilingual Spanish is a definite plus.

  • Cool Uniform: Black from head to toe.
  • Ability to push/pull/lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
  • Continuous use of hands and arms.
