W.B. Guimarin & Co. Inc. is on the lookout for a skilled and driven professional to take on the role of PM Contract Sales Representative.
This position focuses on HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance and repair services within the commercial and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue service and maintenance opportunities.
- Convert potential leads into profitable business engagements.
- Develop relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent closing abilities, be results-driven, and demonstrate the capability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.
We provide a competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, depending on experience, along with a commission structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
