This position is full-time and requires on-site presence in a dynamic environment with fewer than 100 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong Client Relationships aligned with Agency standards.
- Manage designated Commercial Lines tasks using Applied Systems EPIC effectively.
Qualifications:
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license for Arizona is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty Commercial insurance is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of various Property & Casualty Insurance coverage lines, including Property, Liability, Auto, Workers Compensation, and Excess/Umbrella.
- Demonstrated professionalism in communication and interpersonal interactions.
- CISR or CIC designation is preferred.
- Proficiency in Applied Systems EPIC is required.
Duties Include:
- Address daily service needs of assigned clients within the established authority.
- Organize and lead renewal meetings with assigned Producers.
- Assess and negotiate renewal quote terms, and prepare renewal submissions.
- Draft proposals and manage binders; process in EPIC as necessary.
- Analyze Loss Runs and conduct account reviews.
- Oversee audits and address any issues with clients or carriers.
- Execute online rating for renewals and endorsements of existing policies.
- Manage endorsement inquiries with carriers and clients as required.
- Review endorsements prior to sending to clients as needed.
- Invoice agency bill policies, endorsements, and audits.
- Conduct technical checks of policies.
- Distribute policies and review Summaries of Insurance when applicable.
- Update applications and schedules for policy renewals.
- Maintain Activity records for all actions and communications on Client Files.
- Review Certificates of Insurance/Evidences as necessary.
- Analyze Customer Statements.
- Accompany Producers to client meetings as required.
- Support Account Executives/Producers, including assistance with New Business as needed.
- Aid Producers in creating Customer Narratives/Profiles for larger accounts.
- Assist in developing a Service Timeline for the top 20% of accounts.
- Provide support to department members during absences.
- Be prepared to discuss lost business in monthly Service Staff Meetings and take ownership of team retention metrics.
- Familiarize and utilize technical tools such as Indio, CSR24, Zywave, DocuSign, and Reference Connect as necessary.
- Assist in training and mentoring other staff when needed.
- Perform other essential duties as assigned.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time position with a schedule of M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.87 plus quarterly bonuses.
