About the Role:
Pacific Cancer Care is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our oncology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including infusions for oncology and hematology patients
- Assess pain and implement appropriate pain management techniques
- Develop, implement, and revise care plans that reflect the patient's diagnosis and outlined standards of care
- Educate patients and families on managing injuries and illnesses to ensure a safe and successful discharge
- Provide all patient care that reflects respect for patient rights, dignity, values, cultural preferences, and expressed needs
