Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team at GEO Reentry Services LLC. As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the rehabilitation and reintegration of individuals into their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized program plans for residents, setting measurable goals and objectives to promote successful reentry.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure residents are meeting program requirements.
  • Collaborate with residents to establish personal budgets, locate suitable housing, and access educational and vocational opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of resident progress, including case notes, program plans, and termination reports.
  • Participate in staff meetings to share observations, recommendations, and best practices to improve program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Conduct orientation meetings with new residents to explain program rules and regulations, and provide clear guidance on their responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of correctional philosophy and policy, as well as basic principles of inmate case management.
  • Ability to write clear, concise reports in English using correct grammar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and external agencies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
