  • Collaborate with surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper hand and upper extremity care and rehabilitation
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of therapy plans
Requirements:
  • Current Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification
  • Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license
  • Experience working with hand and upper extremity patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
