Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Bridgeview Estates. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities
  • Implement occupational treatment plans for patients under the direction of the supervising OT
  • Chart patient progress and maintain accurate records
  • Utilize therapy software to track patient progress and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
  • Assist in the evacuation of patients during emergencies
  • Participate in community health matters and projects as appropriate
Requirements
  • NBCOT certification upon hire
  • Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy
  • Current registration/licensure in the applicable state
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
