Role ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Digital Technology Program Management Office (DT PMO), you will collaborate with a skilled group of Program Managers and Portfolio Leaders overseeing transformative initiatives at ServiceNow. This team is pivotal in steering enterprise projects that position ServiceNow's Digital Technology division at the forefront of advanced technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive the agile delivery of significant initiatives across various products in a collaborative environment.
- Coordinate with a diverse team of senior technical and non-technical professionals to advance product development efforts toward successful outcomes.
- Manage multiple scrum teams, applying Agile principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Support communication and change management efforts to enhance adoption and gather feedback post-product releases.
- Plan and facilitate product planning sessions, create release timelines, and develop capacity plans.
- Develop comprehensive program execution roadmaps and manage all execution facets, including interdependencies, progress tracking, testing, deployment, and enablement.
- Produce clear and thorough documentation to aid program reviews and decision-making processes at the Steering Committee level.
- Engage and collaborate with all business and Digital Technology functions impacted by the program, including internal and external partners and vendors.
- Guide teams in adopting a product-focused mindset that emphasizes developing solutions to address customer challenges and align with organizational objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Ensure consistency and best practices throughout program initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases, facilitating business outcomes and benefits tracking.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 10 years of program management experience.
- Proven experience in managing programs that implement business support applications at an enterprise level.
- Experience with Go-To-Market systems (Sales, Marketing, and Channel) is advantageous.
- The ability to guide extended groups of senior professionals within a matrixed organization.
- Experience in managing multiple scrum teams while applying scrum of scrum principles and best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Lean design, accommodating changing requirements, iterative processes, and customer feedback loops.
- Experience leading Steering Committee meetings with executive management, demonstrating solid decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- A consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while overcoming obstacles.
- Agile Scrum Master Certification.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and technologies is a significant advantage.
