About the Role

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality ABA therapy services to children with ASD, following individualized treatment plans and clinical instructions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and other team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and progress monitoring to inform treatment planning and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with BCBA's to develop and implement behavior plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for each child.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, research, and developments in ABA therapy to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or special education) preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy services to children with ASD.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
Physical and Mental Demands
  • Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.).
  • Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required.
  • Ability to respond effectively to varied demands of the child, family, supervisor, and other team members.
