About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at Kaleidoscope ABA. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavioral treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients and their families.
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and data analysis to inform treatment decisions.
  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and strategies, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavioral Supports (PBS).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
