Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team in Chandler, AZ. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children under the clinical supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans, behavior plans, and other clinical instructions to meet the unique needs of each child and their family.
- Collaborate with BCBA's and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
- Provide ongoing training and support to families on ABA techniques and strategies to promote positive behavior change.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, including data collection and analysis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
- Successful completion of Safety Care Training and CPR certification/First Aid certification.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse populations.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable).
- Ability to lift and carry pediatric population (weight ranging from 5 to 50 lbs.).
- Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required.
- Ability to respond effectively to varied demands of the child, family, supervisor, and other team members.
