Job Title: Research Interventionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Interventionist to join our team at The University of Texas at Austin. As a key member of our research team, you will play a critical role in implementing and managing a National Institute of Health (NIH) funded project focused on promoting physical activity and reducing depressive symptoms among midlife Korean American women.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement the study intervention protocol and update it as needed
  • Recruit and retain participants through community outreach and engagement
  • Conduct weekly interventions with participants to promote protocol adherence
  • Translate study documents from English to Korean and Korean to English
  • Collaborate with research team members to ensure successful project implementation
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office products
  • Fluent in English and Korean
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Research experience working as a research assistant or associate
  • Prior experience in recruiting research participants
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
