Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an Associate Director to join our Transactions & Integrations team, supporting businesses with end-to-end transaction excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Post Merger Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions, and/or Carve-outs, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop a high level of credibility with senior clients.
Responsibilities- Contribute to business development and proposal efforts, providing content expertise and acting as a key topic content lead for proposals or other business development work.
- Assist clients in executing their Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out efforts, acting as a project manager and ensuring the quality of the work and the relevance of the synthesis and recommendations.
- Build BCG's Transactions and Integrations (T&I) practice, contributing to improve internal methodology and tools, leading topic development, and preparing and presenting BCG T&I experience and capabilities at internal conferences.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years of consulting experience preferred.
- Post Merger Integration, M&A, and/or Carve-out experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to develop a high level of credibility with senior clients.
- Advanced degree preferred.
