Kids Ministry Director

Victory Church is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our children's ministry. As the Kids Ministry Director, you will provide direction and oversight to our volunteers, ensuring a fun and impactful experience for children ages birth-5th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Disciple volunteers, kids, and families in their faith
• Oversee all programming and ministry for children ages birth through 5th grade
• Develop and implement online ministry for preschool and elementary children
• Cast vision and provide strategy for the department
• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and build relationships with volunteer teams
• Advocate for and uphold the mission of family-centered ministry
• Recruit leaders to ensure adequate classroom staffing
• Develop relationships with parents and create programming, systems, and networks for them to grow spiritually and relationally

Requirements and Skills:

• BA or BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years working in a ministry setting
• Strong Biblical knowledge and ability to teach application
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to recruit, develop, support, and inspire volunteer teams
• Positive, patient, friendly, and professional attitude and demeanor
